  32. Actually I believe they sell _reloaded_ video tapes.  Haven't
  33. used them myself but I have seen their promo literature.  They
  34. seem like an OK company, they're employing mentally handicapped
  35. people to do the reloading, they reload _with new stock_ and
  36. their prices are good.

  38. Also, you might want to try local custom loaders and se if they
  39. have overruns on "blowout" from time to time.  We have one
  40. hereabouts (Twin Cities area) that mailsme a brochure a couple
  41. times per year and their prices are quite low.
